Todd Timbrook, Chief Executive Officer

Todd Timbrook is the founder and CEO of Home Solutions. Established in 1996, Home Solutions is one of the largest independent home infusion pharmacy providers that services the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. He has grown Home Solutions from a small start-up operation to a leading provider, with several locations in multiple states that employs over 400 professionals. The company’s annual growth rate since inception has averaged greater than 20% due to organic growth and strategic acquisitions.

Mr. Timbrook’s foresight and vision regarding home infusion services have been central to the success of Home Solutions. He is actively involved in key management and strategic decisions and continually focuses on using his healthcare background to strengthen the quality of service that is provided.

Mr. Timbrook continuously challenges his executives to embrace new technology and to have Home Solutions set the pace for others to follow. First, he has developed specific clinical protocols focused on cardiac and pediatric services which have helped to differentiate Home Solutions from the competition. Second, from a technology standpoint, Mr. Timbrook has developed a customized web portal, InfuLink®, that provides real-time patient data to healthcare providers which enables them to communicate more efficiently with their patients.

Prior to founding Home Solutions, Mr. Timbrook worked in several pharmacy practice areas including retail, pharmaceutical compounding, hospice, durable medical equipment and respiratory services. Mr. Timbrook founded, and later sold, a specialty compounding-only pharmacy and is currently chairman of H.S.I. Respiratory Care of America, a home respiratory care provider.

Mr. Timbrook holds a BS in Pharmacy from Northeastern University’s Bouvé College of Health Sciences. He provides industry insight to students and alumni as part of Northeastern University’s Health Science Entrepreneurs Group. He is also actively involved with several professional and charitable organizations.
