Home Solutions Welcomes Alyce Newton, Clinical Nutrition Sales Specialist, to our York Branch

Home Solutions is pleased to welcome Alyce Newton, MS, RD, LDN to our York, PA branch as a Clinical Nutrition Sales Specialist. Alyce brings many years of knowledge and expertise in nutrition support and home infusion to Home Solutions.
Alyce Newton received her BS degree in Nutrition from the University of Connecticut, and MS degree and dietetic internship from the University of Kansas. She has enjoyed working in the field of Home Nutrition Support since 1994. She has also worked at the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore, and has worked in Europe, England and Germany. Registered Dietitian, and Consultant. In 2007 she published a paper in the peer reviewed ‘Nutrition in Clinical Practice’ journal, titled "Home Initiation of Parenteral Nutrition," and in 2005, an article in the Dietitians in Nutrition Support ‘Support Line’ Newsletter titled "Challenges in Home Care: Enteral Access and Feeding Devices." She has also contributed to several home nutrition support research studies and publications, and made numerous presentations to clinicians, patients, caregivers and customers. She previously served as the secretary and president-elect for the Maryland Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition. Alyce and her husband Andy currently reside in Ellicott City, Maryland. She enjoys hiking, biking, gardening, reading, cooking, traveling, and visiting with grown daughters Emily and Laura.
