Support Juliana's Crew at the March for Babies on April 29th in Honor of Julianna Goldsmith

The March for Babies walk will be on Sunday, April 29th at 1pm on the Ocean City Boardwalk. This is a very special cause for Jessica Goldsmith, Intake Representative for Somers Point. This is Jessica’s 3rd year participating in the Walk. She volunteers and walks in memory of her daughter Julianna who passed away from a rare kidney disease. The March of Dimes is a very close and dear organization to Jessica and her husband Jim. The March of Dimes raises money to fund research and programs that help moms have full-term pregnancies and babies begin healthy lives. And it will be used to bring comfort and information to families with a baby in newborn intensive care.

In order to raise money for the Walk, Jessica and Mike Doughten, Patient Care Representative for Somers Point are organizing a Chinese Auction (last year’s Auction helped to raise $1,500). This year’s Chinese Auction’s theme is Spring Fling to kick off Spring. There will be a party and the drawing for the Chinese Auction on March 23rd in the Somers Point office. Anyone attending is encouraged to wear Purple to support the March of Dimes. You do not need to be in Somers Point to participate, many employees participated virtually with the auction last year!
