Pediatric Care
Home Solutions recognizes that children are not simply small adults. At every stage of development they have unique differences - physically, emotionally and socially.
Illness, whether acute or chronic, accentuates these differences. Home Solutions has developed a special program to address the unique needs of children and their families when the need for home infusion therapy presents itself.
Our admission staff is keenly aware that when a child is ill and or hospitalized, impacts the entire family can be significant. Our goal is to facilitate a smooth transition from hospital to home. We take pride in making this process as stress free for everyone involved: the referral source, the family, and most importantly, the child.
Home Solutions has selected a group of specially educated infusion nurses to care for our pediatric population. These professionals have come to Home Solutions from the most highly regarded pediatric institutions and have the clinical skills that are needed to address this delicate group of patients. They are committed to insuring that each patient and family unit is appropriately educated before and during the homecare process.
